A gipsy life? (Rescuing the first blog).

Hi. I’m Mariano Luis Ignacio Cartagena Retamales. I was born on August 14, 1992, in Santiago. I studied in 13 schools in many communes to the point that I would spend the 120 word only named the different schools, although is important to say that most of them were public establishments (even in regions). In my family, we are six persons: my parents, my sisters and me. I’m the older brother, the responsible kid, then man, if some went wrong. I still feel this. I studied two university programs, Engender Common Plan and Sociology, before to study Public Management. My hobby is to read manga. I don’t considered myself an otaku, but I’ve read several, over sixty, mangas, manhuas or manhwas. The best of them had been Sun-Ken Rock.

My real speech

Image
I want to start by excusing myself with you all, partners and teacher. My oral presentation of Thursday was an authentic failure. All my speech was an improvised performance, it was prepared half an hour  before iniciated of class.  My mistake was that I thought that this was enough. But no, and the facts demostrate it. My original speech was about the cleavage theory of Rokkan for explain of birth of politic parties (historical process that generates a new social split), the Deegan-Krause proposal of division and difference (consists of distinguishing 3 elements of cleavage: a) structure, b) attitude, and c) institutions) and it is possible to analyze "something less than a cleavage". Besides, such this theory is aplicated in the recent political context. Even, I made a video about it. Sorry, partners. Now, I leave you all a video about as how I felt when I presented (This video has passed on generation to generation for surprise of you).

Summer's School

Image
A photograph I more like is one in I’m with friends and partners of La Fábrica Colectiva in January, 2013. An automatic photograph toke from the La Fàbrica Colectiva camera, a semiprofessional camera paid with quotas and pasty’s sales. This photograph had taken in the Summer’s School organized by La Fábrica Colectiva to students of first year from Universidad de Chile when they matriculate self to university. That was first year that La Fábrica Colectiva organized it. The Summer’s School was a instance where students of sociology present the career to the new students and we did class of various assignments and topics. Also, there were workshops and sport activities. For example, this photograph had taken later of a mixed soccer match between old students and new students. Obviously, my team, the old boys, won. This photograph reflex a friendship forged through of collective work and union of ideals. I enjoyed very much that years of Summer’s Schools.
